Clean room, but the shower design was inconvenient and wet everywhere.

The hotel provides convenient access to the airport, making it ideal for business travelers. The room was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Staff were professional and attentive, efficiently assisting with check-in and any needs that arose during my stay.

Limited amenities outside of basic accommodation.

Direct access to the terminal makes this place a layover dream. The rooftop hot tubs, although under remodel during my stay, seemed promising for a post-flight soak.

This hotel feels like it’s been left behind in time, stuck in an abandoned terminal with sparse signage for navigation. The rooms could use a serious refresh. mine lacked charm, and turning the AC to heat only resulted in an icebox atmosphere. Breakfast isn’t available until 5AM, which leaves little room for unplanned early flights, and the limited, less-than-tasty options didn't help the overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the San Juan Airport Hotel. The breakfast featured delightful homemade pastries, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the air conditioning in my room was somewhat noisy. Overall, a great airport option.

my stay was surprisingly pleasant! the check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to assist. the bed was comfortable, and being just a few steps from the terminal was a huge plus for this couple.

The lack of deeper cleaning in rooms is quite noticeable!!! !!! No clear signage for navigating the hotel grounds makes everything confusing!!! Not to mention the elevator hustle could seriously use an upgrade!!!

Convenient location with excellent breakfast

I stayed for one night in a King Room and found it to be a perfect choice for a late arrival. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from baggage claim, which made my transition smooth. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring made-to-order omelets that are a must-try! The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which affected my sleep quality.
